Baltic Control® has been officially approved by Indonesia’s KSO SCISI (KSO Sucofindo-Surveyor Indonesia) to carry out verification and surveys of Food & Beverage products prior to their shipment from Europe (excl. Netherlands and Belgium) to the Republic of Indonesia.
Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade maintains regulations so that a wide range of goods among others Food & Beverages must be inspected prior to export to Indonesia to prove compliance with various national regulations. To conform to the Indonesian market requirements Baltic Control® verifies the eligibility of the goods to be imported into Indonesia.
Baltic Control®s report – also called a Laporan Surveyor or Surveyor’s Report – facilitates export to Indonesia minimizing the risk of delays at Customs clearance and reduces potential loss due to the import of non-compliant goods.
This approval has been effective since 1. February 2021 and is Baltic Control®s second approval by KSO Sucofindo-Surveyor Indonesia since Baltic Control® already holds an approval covering verification and surveys of all Non-B3-Waste Commodities of United Kingdom, Ireland, Latin and South American zone origin to the Republic of Indonesia.
